How to Ride the IVT RIDE Bus

1. Plan your trip.

Call the Dispatch Office at 760-337-1760 and a bi-lingual customer service representative will assist you in planning your trip, and answer questions you may have regarding riding the bus.

2. Wait for the bus.

Be ready within the 30 minute window of the pick up time provided by the dispatcher

3. Board the bus.

To make boarding easier, every IVT RIDE is equipped with lifts or ramps for people who have trouble climbing stairs or use a wheelchair.

4. Pay your fare.

Please have your exact fare ready before boarding the bus. Drivers do not make change.

5. Take a seat.

For your safety, always remain seated or hold onto the poles when the bus is moving.

6. Get off the bus.
